The new transport terminal will serve as a car park and bus terminal with respective parking places. It is designed as three-storey building with two underground floors with total capacity of 457 parking spaces. The project is situated on existing parking lot beside petrol station and it will become the major transport hub of the city. There will be concentrated all bus lines and inner transport of the city. The construction will be recessed in the hill on northern east side and will lead to the road on southern east side. The project consists also in local access communications construction, that will help better operation of the terminal including parking lot, access point to existing communication, access and exit from and to petrol station, bus stop and sidewalks.
