The full reconstruction of a former cinema to a multifunctional premises included the construction of a new cinema with 117 seats, a town library and a coffee lounge. To be able to carry out this project the town of Semily received a grant from the regional operational programme NUTS II Northeast from the central 2nd Development of Regional Towns and Villages, which supports area 2.2 town development.
