In 2020, this building was nominated for Construction of the Year for the successful – from the construction, architectural, and urbanistic viewpoints – execution of an administrative complex featuring a central space comprising functional works of art, water elements and areas of greenery. The facilities provide comprehensive operations and relaxation and commercial facilities for 3500 employees as well as visitors and passersby. The building’s layout is flexible, allowing time-variable use. The building holds a LEED GOLD certificate and includes numerous environmentally progressive elements, including the use of gray water.
