The project included the construction of a new swimming complex with a system of stainless-steel swimming pools, wading pools, and slides, as well as technical, sanitary, and catering facilities. The project included modifications to the open-air areas, including the construction of several sports grounds, a skatepark, parking areas, bicycle paths, and a new indoor ice rink, including related technology and facilities for athletes and the public.
