Velká Brána, the second stage of successful project, is located in the town of Horoměřice near Prague 6, in a quiet area full of greenery and beautiful nature. The project consists of seven buildings that stand out for their practical architectural solution and simple yet stylish design that has been awarded The Prize of architects in 2016. As a part of second stage a new poly-functional building with 73 apartments and three commercial spaces will be built. The shape of six-storey building creates a form of gate. Approximately in the middle of the building, there will be a two storey high entrance with access communications. The project will be finished in February 2020.
The investor of the Velká brána residence is company Shikun & Binui Horoměřice s.r.o., member of Horizon Holding.
