The new addition fully respects the principal compositional principles of the original building and is extremely neutral to the historical masses of the reconstructed building. Its height does not exceed the original ridge of the gable roof, which made it possible, among other things, to utilize the space of the original attic. The outer lightweight envelope of the addition is inset with clear and enameled glass, through which northern light penetrates to the interior, while referring to the modernity of the current addition and the state-of-the-art technology of the reconstructed space.
