It is a new building of the production plant of the ATREA Company, a leading producer of the air conditioning equipment on the Czech market focused especially on the recuperation heating.
The structure is situated in the more industrial part of Jablonec nad Nisou called Rýnovice, its built-up area is of more than 7,000 m² and as the only in the Czech Republic it is sheathed with low-energy panels RUUKKI ENERGY, where the assembly way is accentuated very much. Furthermore it is heated and vented by a recuperation system being produced directly by the company ATREA s.r.o.
The premises will serve as a production area equipped with new technologies. There will be a complete administrative background of the company including representative areas and catering facilities there. There will be also rooms for special trainings and seminars in the building especially in the field of passive and low-energy constructions.
