Hálkova residential building

A new residential project will be built in a prestigious area of České Budějovice based on a design by architect Martin Kouba. Our company will participate in the construction of apartments designed at the high PREMIUM standard with layouts from 1, 2, or 3 rooms + kitchenette up to rooftop 4 + kitchenette penthouses with stunning views. The new project will be built near the IGY shopping center, where residents and new tenants will find complete services from shopping to cafes to restaurants.
