EPC PN Bohnice – construction part

The construction is conceived as a project with a guaranteed energy saving results upon completion. All buildings of the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital are cultural monuments in protected heritage area. Works carried out by the BAK stavební společnost, a.s. are related mainly to the renewal of almost 3,000 windows, as a complete renovation (overhaul) or replacement (replica) of specified windows and doors, incl. e.g. removal of bars, installation of new stainless steel nets, plumbing works and attic insulation.
