The new residence will be built close to Vítkov Park and will offer apartments with front gardens, balconies and terraces that will offer a fantastic view of the neighbourhood. The project will also include new civic amenities, including a comprehensive grocery store, a new cafe and a restaurant. Plans also include the revitalisation of the current parking lot, the creation of a new square and improvement of the connection between Hartigova Street and Vítkov Park.
