The original building was reconstructed and carefully complemented by new modern architectural elements while preserving original elements such as the 1905 brewery gate, the two brewery chimneys, spacious vaults, and romantic corners that give the project its specific atmosphere. The entire complex is situated on a slope, so part of the new building is hidden under the ground and the parking lot is situated on the roof of the facility. The building was nominated for the 2014 Construction of the Year.
