During the second stage of construction, five apartment buildings with 148 comfortable flats ranging in size from studios to four bedrooms were built at the Rezidence Čámovka complex. Each apartment unit has a basement storage unit, and a balcony or terrace, or a front garden. Ample parking spaces were created in the underground garages for all residents and their visitors. New infrastructure and roads were also built.
