This large building is undergoing a rehabilitation of the existing masonry, modification of the internal layout and the courtyard. Also underway is the replacement of all installations and utility connections, the construction of a new heating and ventilation system and the reconstruction of the roof beams and roof to its original shape. The 17th century heritage building will house a light-filled studio, a ballroom and meeting spaces. After the reconstruction is completed, the Children and Youth House will move into this historic building.
