The company is organized in keeping with the Anglo-Saxon model, in which the Board of Directors oversees its functioning and approves company strategies. Company management consists of the General Manager and unit managers.

Company headquarters is located in Trutnov and is home to the sales, accounting, technology and support/back-office departments.
