The new large-capacity four-storey car park replaced the original car park, which had a capacity of only 294 spaces. Out of a total of 886 spaces, 89 are dedicated to CNG/LPG vehicles and a further 8 have charging stations for electric vehicles. The project also has cyclists in mind, with 38 racks in a separate lockable area. Operational and emergency air conditioning is installed in the building. The building’s façade is partially clad in greenery to improve the environment and to enhance the surroundings of the main road. In addition to the construction of the above-ground parking garage, the project also included the reconstruction of the existing pedestrian footbridge over Chlumecká Street, as well as relocations, connections, and necessary modifications and repairs to roads and paved areas, including landscaping in the immediate surroundings of the building.
