Parking house P+R in Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav

The new parking house contains 316 indoor car spaces and 76 spaces for bicycles. Six spaces are equipped with electric chargers. The parking house is an oblong rectangular building with two helical one-way ramps at both ends. The parking premises are designed on three floors. The third floor has a flat roof. The facade is mounted with decorative steel frames with different motifs. The idea is to create an interesting graphic picture on the facades while maintaining the raw nature of the monolithic concrete both outside and inside the building.
