259 energy-saving flats were built in two phases, ranging in size from studios to four bedrooms. All apartment units have a front garden, balcony, or terrace. Cellar storage spaces, garages, stroller storage rooms, bike washing spaces, and green courtyards are integral parts of the buildings. The project includes smart home elements for easy control of air conditioning and heating, even remotely. Commercial spaces were created for small shops and services on the ground floors of the buildings.
